I was trained by Alex Mitchell in Glenrothes who I still ask for advice from time to time, started on my own 1998 inside Kwiksave as a butcher franchise firstly Perth then Kirkcaldy also Methil and the flagship store in Gorgie Edinburgh, bought the butchers in Kinghorn 2003 then Cardenden 2012 , won the steak pie championship in 2015, runner up for black pudding and we’ve won over 30 industry accolades, I’m very passionate about quality and innovating new products, we get customers from all Over Fife, we only use reputable suppliers with who we have long relationships with and where possible we buy local
